Brainsil is not liable for disputes between employers and candidates.
Brainsil does not conduct background checks on employers or candidates and is not responsible for their actions or representations.
6. AI Tutor & Support
The AI tutor (E Sha) is an automated tool designed for educational purposes.
Brainsil does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses.
Users are advised to verify AI-based guidance before making decisions.
Brainsil is not responsible for any errors, misinterpretations, or decisions made based on AI interactions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on Brainsil are the exclusive property of Brainsil Ed Tech Pvt Ltd.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use Brainsil’s content without written permission.
